Dr Nigel Jones, owner of Premium Dental Implants, has several of Tom Kerridge’s books and has been inspired by the chef’s story.

Tom, the owner of the first and only pub in the world to acquire two Michelin stars, has lost 11 stone in the past three years. At this year’s food festival, the acclaimed chef will be talking to columnist and broadcaster Tim Hayward at Abergavenny Borough Theatre about his transformation and his new book Tom Kerridge’s Dopamine Diet.

The book features delicious recipes which release the ‘happy hormone’ dopamine into your brain. The idea is that you eat fantastic food following the diet, but feel good whilst losing weight at the same time.
